We are ISO 9001:2008 certified. All parts are serialized to assure traceability of any of our products back to the original heat lot.
A typical certification package includes:
- Master heat alloy chemical and mechanical properties
- HIP (blades or buckets) charts
- Florescent Penetrant Inspection Certification
- X-Ray Inspection Certification
We employ the use of state of the art inspection equipment to include:
- Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine using Calypso software
- Atos white light scanner using XOV software
- Starrett 24" Optical Comparator with Quadra-Check 200 controller and surface illumination
- Florescent Penetrate Inspection Line.
