DTL’s manufacturing facility consists of the latest machine technologies available, from vertical and horizontal milling machines to multi-axis super-abrasive grinding systems. Our unique fixturing concept combines milling and grinding techniques into one set-up, therefore reducing production costs and providing superior dimensional control. We provide the highest level of expertise to every phase of the machining process, from evaluation of CAD files, through production and on-time delivery.
Dynamic Turbine’s 13,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art machining facility is comprised of the following equipment:

- Makino A61, 5-Axis Horizontal Mill (with Grinding Capabilities)

- Makino SP43 Wire EDM
- Chevalier FSG-1632ADII, 16” x 32” Surface Grinder
